SHIPPING POLICY

Sempre Italiano ships to all states domestically and can arrange an international shipment if desired. Sempre Italiano typically ships by USPS ground shipping within 24 hours of order placed. If you order is not available at time of purchase, you will be notified immediately and your items will be shipped by priority mail as soon as they arrive to our shop. For international shipments or to arrange 2-3 priority mail shipping please contact us and we can arrange.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sempre Italiano, we stand behind our products and our loyal customers. The full satisfaction of our clients and exceptional customer service has been our priority during the 14+ years in business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will gladly exchange it for the same or another product, or issue a full refund upon receipt of your return. Otherwise, all sales are final. You can either return the item directly to our shop or ship back to us. If shipping please return to: Sempre Italiano Box 121 La Conner, Wa 98257. Please insure your shipping and keep your receipt as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit. S & H Costs are not refundable. We will issue you a refund within 72 hours of returned item. If a shipment to you arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days from merchandise receipt. Please SAVE your damaged item for insurance purposes. We will place a claim with the carrier insurance.
